Nærfag is run by the people behind the website. Nærfag is the name of the website, not a company registered in Denmark. Write to hej@handvaerknaer.com.
The catalogue
The catalogue shows details that are in public registers, or that the business has published itself: name, address, phone, and sometimes an email and a website. For a sole trader, the name and phone can be personal data. How the rows are collected is on the Danish page Datakilder.
When you write to us
An email can contain a name, an email address and a message. We use it to reply. The details are not sold, and they are not shared with anyone else.
Visits and clicks
We count how the website is used, so we can improve it. This is not advertising. We do not recognise you across other websites, and the figures are not shared.
The browser is not given a statistics cookie. We record the pages you open, the page you came from, device and browser type, clicks on buttons and links, the full IP address, and the city that address points to.
The raw visit data is kept for at most 25 months.
The website is hosted at Cloudflare, which also provides the content network.
Stop the counting
You can stop the counting in this browser. The choice is remembered here, so later visits are not counted.
Your rights
You can ask for access, correction or deletion. Write to hej@handvaerknaer.com. If your business is in the catalogue, we correct the row within 48 hours once we have confirmed that the request comes from the business. The change shows the next time the catalogue is published.
You can also complain to Datatilsynet at datatilsynet.dk.
Legal basis
Public business details are shown on the basis of a legitimate interest in running the catalogue. Emails are handled in order to answer them. Visit statistics are kept on the basis of a legitimate interest in understanding how the website is used. The cookie note is in Danish: cookies.
