These are for residents who can point at the problem but do not want to invent the Danish. Copy one, fill the brackets, and send it. Keep the firm’s reply, even if you then answer in English. The firm may still write back in Danish.
Ask for a quote
Labour, materials and VAT, each on its own. That is the version to use for painting, building and garden work.
A leak
Say where the water comes from. Ask for the price before they drive.
